Yilun Weng is undertaking his PhD at the Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology, The University of Queensland. He is developing thermally stable enzymes for the feed industry and is focused on developing functional foods using cellulose nanocrystal-based materials.
Yilun obtained a BE in Energy and Environmental Engineering at Zhejiang University (China) and a ME in Chemical Engineering at the University of Queensland.
