Ms Yijing Chen is the Program Officer at the Food and Beverage Accelerator (FaBA), supporting the operational delivery of the Premium Food & Beverages Program through administrative support, operational coordination, and stakeholder engagement across academia and industry.
Yijing works closely with researchers, industry partners, Business Development teams, and professional services to support multidisciplinary research activities and collaborative initiatives. In her role, she contributes to the smooth delivery of program activities by managing budgets and financial processes, supporting funding applications, and coordinating reporting and operational workflows.
With a background spanning chemical and process engineering, biotechnology, and business administration, Yijing brings a structured, systems-focused, and people-centred approach to research program operations. She is motivated by enabling effective collaboration and supporting research translation that delivers real-world impact for the food and beverage sector.
