Sandra Loader is a professional executive and non-executive director with 30 years experience across the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector in both small and large multinational organisations.
Sandra's recent executive roles include CEO of a fresh salad and deli business, executive director of The Better Drinks Company ANZ, and Science and Technology Director for Asahi / Schweppes Australia. She is recognised for her technical knowledge spanning innovation, product and packaging development, quality, and manufacturing know-how. She is experienced in leading technical and commercial functions, mergers and acquisitions, and developing and implementing cross-functional business transformation programs.
Currently the Victorian advocate for Hargraves, Sandra is known for innovation leadership, collaboration and inspiring knowledge sharing across diverse industries and sectors for growth.
She is the independent chair and non-executive director of the Australian Beverages Council Ltd (ABCL), a member based association for non alcoholic beverages, and a non-executive director for the Sports Environment Alliance (SEA).
