Joel is currently pursuing his PhD at The University of Queensland on the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the food industry.
Joel is a seasoned Commercialisation and New Product Development Manager with a background in bringing innovative products to market.
His expertise lies in navigating the intricacies of product development life cycles. He has experience working with both small and medium enterprises as well as industry giants such as Teys Australia, Nutritious Cuisine and Mighty Good Food Group.
Joel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Biotechnology and a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from UQ.
