Alberto Baldelli recently joined The University of Queensland as a Senior Lecturer at the School of Agriculture and Food Sustainability (SAFS) and the Queensland Alliance for Agriculture and Food Innovation (QAAFI).
Previously, Alberto was a Research Fellow and a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Faculty of Food and Land Systems at the University of British Columbia.
Alberto achieved his PhD in Particle Engineering from the University of Alberta in 2017. His research areas are spraying techniques, encapsulation of bioactive compounds, packaging and food processing.
