Brooke is the Principal Administration Coordinator at FaBA, responsible for coordinating the Project Investment Committee (PIC) process — tracking and progressing project proposals through to contracting, and managing the review processes.
She brings over ten years of experience elevating administrative and operational functions across Queensland Health and the University sector, and is passionate about streamlining processes, fostering positive team culture, and delivering quality outcomes that support the people and work around her.
