On track for training in 2025
Australia’s Food and Beverage Accelerator has developed a training program to guide people in the F&B industry at every stage of their career.
Whether you are stepping back into the board room or onto the factory floor for the first time, FaBA’s range of courses online and in person will meet your needs.
Developed in partnership with UQ Skills, both accredited courses and masterclass options are available, ranging from a couple of hours through to a two-month commitment.
UQ Skills CEO Dane Ivicevic said the courses were flexible and included a mix of programs specifically for the food industry, as well as programs with transferable skills.
“We have been working hard to develop highly contextualised, stackable courses that the food and beverage manufacturing industry needs,” Mr Ivicevic said.
“I’m excited that we have commenced delivery in recent months and I’m looking forward to delivering a full training schedule that meets industry needs across 2025.”
Ms Yu-yin (Aira) Huang completed the Root Cause Analysis Masterclass in November.
“This course equipped me with invaluable skills to foster a food safety culture in the workplace,” Ms Huang said.
“Techniques like Fishbone Diagrams and the 5 Whys enabled me to dig deeper into issues and uncover the true causes, promoting critical thinking and long-term solutions.”
