Building business success through innovation
Australia’s Food and Beverage Accelerator invests across all facets of F&B including meat, dairy, alternative proteins, plants, grains and beverages. We also work with manufacturers from the east to the west coast of Australia.
The FaBA Executives Breakfast – Sydney was an opportunity to meet with leaders in the New South Wales F&B sector.
Guests from across the F&B ecosystem – from investment partners to startups, regulators to multinational companies – took part in a discussion on the importance of investing in innovation to accelerate the commercialisation of new F&B ingredients and products.
Jan Pacas, All G Foods CEO and Founder emphasised the need for startups to work across the development pipeline to ensure they were ready to scale.
“We already know how to fly the plane but for a successful airline, we need functioning airports around the world. FaBA is helping us to achieve that network,” he said.
FaBA Director Dr Chris Downs said FaBA provided innovation support, not just for startups and small businesses, but also for large organisations wanting to leverage their in-house expertise.
“FaBA researchers bring the experience and expertise that can really help propel your ingredient or product to new heights and new markets,” Dr Downs said.
“We are delighted to be working with Industry Participants across Australia to help make this a reality.”
